Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

To maintain our highly competitive direct-to-clinic and direct-to-consumer wholesale pricing, all orders placed on THE LYNIX require a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of $25.00 per transaction before taxes and shipping fees are applied.

Shipment Processing Time

We pride ourselves on fast and reliable fulfillment. All orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on standard business days (Monday–Friday) will be shipped the same day from our New Jersey warehouse.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages and Lost Packages

THE LYNIX is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
