Contact within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional charge.
Contact us immediately for correction at no charge. We will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct item.
All products ship with a minimum of 6 months shelf life remaining. If you receive a product with less than 6 months remaining, contact us for an immediate replacement.
All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized. Contact to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Opened or used test kits cannot be returned due to safety regulations. Products must be in original, unopened packaging.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
